DOUGHNUTS RECIPE (make about 24 -28 doughnuts)
3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
4tbl powdered sugar (I didn't show this step in the video, sorry)
1/8 tsp salt
3egg yolks
1/2tbl vanilla extract
1/2cup whipping cream/heavy is fine
for the sponge:
2 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1tsp honey
1tbl flour
1cup warm milk
For Frying I used vegetable oil, you need at least 1 inch of oil in the pot.
If using thermometer heat it up to 350F to 360F and keep it around there by adjusting the setting if needed.

Chocolate Glaze
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4cup cocoa powder
1/4cup chocolate chips, dark chocolate preferably
3-4tbl milk
Vanilla or Rum added after glaze has been cooked is really nice too.

Lemon Glaze
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
juice of one lemon, strained
zest of one lemon
6tbl butter melted, not boiled

Raspberry Glaze
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1cup fresh raspberries, pureed and strained to remove seeds
5tbl butter, melted, but not boiled
If needed to thin the glaze, add some freshly squeezed lemon juice and/or vanilla extract or simply add touch more butter. Yum.
