Vietnamese Shaking Beef Recipe! (Bo Luc Lac)
Ingredients:
1 lb Ribeye
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup onion
1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp black pepper
*Marinade 1-2 hrs
Tip: Use a large pan and don't overcrowd the meat for a good sear. You might have to cook in 2 batches if you have a smaller pan.
