In this sit-down and talk video, I’m getting personal and diving into my 7-year bodybuilding journey, from the mistakes I made to the lessons I learned.
Seven years ago, I walked into a gym with a simple goal. I made every mistake in the book along the way—eating wrong, training wrong, and chasing the wrong goals.
Now I can look back and see what I have kept on doing, what's worked, what's working and what unfortunately didn't. Figuring out what diet works best for me, what foods work best for me and what training works best for me.
Now I can apply this knowledge to moving forward and make the next years of training the most optimal, productive and best ones yet.
