In this life update, I’m opening up about what’s really been going on behind the scenes — being overworked at my job doing multiple roles, living with adrenal insufficiency, recovering from my ACDF surgery (August 2024), trying to manage my health, and trusting God through one of the hardest seasons of my life.

– ACDF neck surgery recovery and not being in physical therapy
– Feeling torn about taking time off after already being on leave last year
