Difficulty: Level 8. No cheats used.
Ahh... Metal Slug 2. I like the game as far as the first few stages go. But Mission 5 and especially, ESPECIALLY Mission 6... we'll get to it when we get to it.
But as the direct successor of the hugely charming and thoroughly enjoyable Metal Slug 1, it has a multitude of changes, some of which I'm for, others against. They simplified and refined the game mechanics, making it more intuitive and efficient. But in doing so they seem to have simplified some mechanics and presentation (unable to destroy rolling bombs, hit sparks from Vulcan Cannons being yellow instead of blue, etc.).
Also, I finally fixed my sound... for the most part. So now you can hear every HEAVYMACHINEGUN with more clarity!
