The Builds Are Also Crafted On Infusions, for Health Power & Critical Chance - (TAKE A CLOSE LOOK) and why do i have 66% Critical Chance on most builds? because having 66% critical chance with signet of agility makes you mostly hit 2x crits out of 3, so many people have too much crit chance, while you can have more health or more power or more ferocity.
