A former Deputy Minister of Energy, Mr. K. T. Hammond today handed a
giant brown envelope to the Judgment Debt Commissioner, Justice Yaw
Apau saying it contained all the truth about a controversial 3.5
million Dollars, being part of the proceeds from the sale of a
GNPC-acquired Drill ship, Discovery 511. There have been questions why
the said ship was sold and what happened to the proceeds. A former
Minister for Energy, Mr. Albert Kan-Dapaah, and his Deputy, Mr. K. T.
Hammond, appeared before the Judgement Debt Commisssion to provide
some information.
