I took a trip down memory lane this morning!
Growing up, fried bologna sandwiches were a staple of summer time, grilled to perfection by my Father! He would dress them with mayo, butter, or mustard, depending on his mood that day.
I whipped up a couple of these fried bologna and egg sandwiches this morning and paired them with apple slices.
Nothing fancy, just comfort food at its finest!
