As Scottish RS Feva Class Representative, Jon Ewer (along with his wife Sarah) are credited for transforming the class offering, and growing a positive community for youth sailors to be a part of.
Coming from a non-sailing background - Jon and Sarah first got involved when their kids decided they wanted to go sailing.
Now, they've encouraged many more youngsters to get involved, and have helped build a strong fleet of eager and talented Feva Sailors ready to progress through the RYA Scotland academy programme and unlock their potential.
