The Site first started out as a Mental Asylum Complex In The Early 1900's Then In The 1990s it became a Student village: In the 1990s, much of the former hospital land was developed into the Storthes Hall Park Student Village to accommodate University of Huddersfield students. It was a large student accommodation complex for over 1,300 students.
Closure: The student village was announced to be closing in July 2024 due to market challenges.
I really enjoyed exploring this one 😀
