heema Karanji (or Keema Gujiya) is a savory, deep-fried Indian pastry filled with spiced minced meat (keema). It's a wonderful snack, especially popular during festivals or for Iftar
Ingredients:
To make soft dough
1 & 1/2 cup Maida
1/4 cup sooji
2 tsp Ghee
Salt.
To make kheema filling
250 gm Kheema
2 meduim chopped onion
1/4 cup coconut powder
1/4 cup Ginger garlic coriander paste
1 tsp spoon garam masala
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp coriander powder
Salt 2t spoon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Kala masala
