These complete easy exercises for people who are not Flexible can be performed at home without any special equipment. These stretching exercises for elders will help improve their bone and joint pain, balance, coordination, mental awareness, and much more.
Doing this together will allow you to spend more quality time with your elderly parents. For best results, perform these stretches every day. You can perform it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening before bedtime.
