Listen, we all have our New Year's resolutions or goals for 2024, mine is to cut back (NOT cut out) on my red meats. After having this beautiful baby, this not so beautiful weight has been sticking on me, so I have to make some sacrifices and red meats are one of them. Anywayyyy, life is great and so is this soup. What makes this soup even better is that all of the ingredients were already lying around in my deep freezer and fridge so it made this recipe THAT much more amazing in my book. This soup is also great to make ahead and freeze to enjoy at a later time. The next friend that has a baby is definitely getting this recipe as a freezer meal. Okay, that's enough rambling from me.
