Instructions: While lying face down as shown, lift your body up on your elbows and toes keeping your entire body perfectly in line. Next, slowly lift one leg off the ground and then set it back down. Then repeat on the other leg. Try and maintain a straight spine the entire time. Do not allow your lower back to sag downward. Perform at least 10-20 reps per leg.
