Which Traction Control modes let the 890 Rally Wheelie (on dry roads), or Spin up (on wet roads)?

Ever wondered about the differences in the Traction Control settings on the 890 (& 790) Adventure bikes? (Me too....since 99% of the time I ride everywhere in Rally mode on Slip 3 with Rally throttle engaged...though I will toggle up and down on the slip settings once in a while.)

So - there are 9 Slip settings in Rally mode alone. Then there's Rain mode, Street mode and Off-Road mode - but what does it all really mean? 12 options to choose from for traction control - which one is right for any surface?

In the first half - will it lift the front wheel up in all of these modes? I don't mean balance wheelies for showing off or whatever - I mean the real necessity of getting the front wheel up to avoid it hitting something type of wheelies. Spoiler - in 2 modes you literally can't wheelie these bikes because the fly by wire throttle shuts your power down, even if you use the clutch. Think you're being super safe in those modes on a trail so it won't spin up and then have to pop the front wheel over a log, and suddenly you could be in a world of hurt.

Then in the second half - it's been raining so much here lately that I was bound to get caught out like I did - a fine hot day so I decide to ride to work, then it turns out to be soaking wet coming home....so I use this chance to show you the differences in how it goes in all of the modes on wet roads, and I let you know if I can go full throttle and not just spin up.
