This live version can be found on the "DUM SPIRO SPERO at NIPPON BUDOKAN" DVD. It is from day #2.
Notes:
1) "砂上 - sajou" describes something that is "on sand". The expression "砂上の - sajou no" usually comes with a verb that is only implied. In case of the common phrase "砂上の楼閣 - sajou no roukaku (tower on sand)" the implied verb would be "built" ("a tower built on sand").
As for "砂上の唄 - sajou no uta", the verb might be "written" ("a song written on sand").
2) I tried my best not to stray too far from the original phrasing, but the literal translation of these lyrics sounded so stiff and, to be frank, meaningless that I decided to take some liberties to convey the message properly. At the end of the day, translating isn't color-by-numbers, you can't just copy-paste from Japanese to English. That is not how language works. That is not how you translate poetry. You spin it with silk, not sheep's wool. At least I hope that I was able to spin a silky translation that feels like a cozy blanket rather than a scratchy scarf.
3) 2:04 - "滲む - nijimu" - I was paraphrasing here. You could also say the wind is spreading inside of him or seeping out of him. He is imbued with it.
~This is my translation / interpretation.
