Telford 10K Race VLOG // Lifetime Personal Best? // England Masters qualification? // FAST & FURIOUS

It's race day and welcome to the race day video diary for the Telford 10k, where i will be aiming to beat my lifetime personal best and qualify for the England Master 10K team by coming in the top 3 of my age category M60-64.

Whilst travelling through snow storms this morning the race did go ahead despite freezing conditions and snowing during the race, thanks to the amazing work by Telford AC and all the organisers!

Did i do i get a lifetime personal best and qualify for the England Masters 10k team?

Thank you all so much for your support over the past few weeks of this fast & Furious 10k training series, where i completed 8 weeks of training soon after finishing London Marathon, and recorded the last 4 weeks for this training series.
