數週前用清熱祛濕湯包煮生魚(又稱黑魚或烏鱧魚)湯,發覺這湯包很適合和魚一起煮。這個清熱祛濕湯包,内有寧化薏米,赤小豆,野葛根,土茯苓,炒白扁豆,蜜棗和新會陳皮,非常適合炎熱天氣食用!
我買了一個巨型大魚頭和一件豬展骨,我不希望把魚頭煮至散閞,所以先用湯包藥材煮豬骨一個半小時,把魚頭煎香,再加入湯內煮15分鐘便關火調味,既有魚湯鮮味,亦可以享用魚頭,一舉兩得。

土茯苓最早記載於《本草綱目》,因其外形跟茯苓相似,故得名土茯苓。土茯苓性平,味甘、淡,歸肝、胃經,具有解毒、除濕、通利關節等作用。古籍記載土茯苓“利濕去熱,能入絡,搜剔濕熱之蘊毒”、“調中止泄”、“治五淋白濁”,土茯苓滲濕利水的功效非常強,還有一點清熱的作用,除濕而解毒,堪稱除濕神器。
因濕邪性粘滯,易纏綿不愈,與瘀血互結,濁瘀痹阻是導致痛風反復發作的原因之一,故治療時大劑量使用土茯苓,取其具有健脾胃,解毒除濕、利關節等作用,脾胃健則營衛從,風濕去則筋骨利。此外,相關文獻報導也稱土茯苓有一定降低尿酸的作用,且土茯苓提取物還具有一定的抗炎鎮痛作用,對痛風性關節炎有較好的療效。很多醫家喜歡用土茯苓搭配其他藥物治療類風濕關節炎、銀屑病關節炎、白塞病、天皰瘡、濕疹等疾病,收效良好。⤴️

所用材料:
清熱祛濕湯包1份
大魚頭一個 (重量或大小隨意)
豬展骨一件(約600克) 可選用其他部位
水3公升
葱 2 棵
薑 5 片
紹酒 2 茶匙
適量鹽
I the heat-clearing and dampness-relieving soup pack with snakehead fish a few weeks ago, and found that this soup pack is perfect for cooking with fish. I bought a giant Big Head Carp fish head and a piece of pork bone. I didn’t want to cook the fish head until it falls apart, so I slow-cook the pork bone with the herbs of the soup pack for an hour and a half, fry the fish head until fragrant, and then add it to the soup and cook it for15 minutes, then turn off the heat and season to taste. I can enjoy both the freshness of the fish soup and the fish head, killing two birds with one stone.

Tuckahoe was first recorded in "Compendium of Materia Medica", because its shape is similar to Poria, so it is named "Poria on ground" (Tufuling). Tuckahoe is flat in nature, sweet and light in taste, effective to the liver and stomach meridians, and has the functions of detoxification, dehumidification, and joint relief. According to ancient books, Tuckahoe "dampness and heat removal, can enter the meridians, search and remove the accumulation of dampness and heat", "regulate and stop diarrhea", "control five stranguria and white turbidity". It has great function of dehumidification and detoxification, it is called dehumidification artifact.
Due to the viscous nature of dampness, it is easy to be lingering and unhealed, and it is intertwined with blood stasis. Turbidity and blood stasis and obstruction are one of the causes of recurrent gout. Therefore, during treatment, large doses of tuckahoe are always used, whichever can strengthen the spleen and stomach, detoxify and dehumidify and benefiting the joints. When the spleen and stomach are healthy, the yin and the guard are obeyed, and the muscles and bones are beneficial when rheumatism is eliminated. In addition, related literature reports also claim that Tuckahoe has a certain effect of reducing uric acid, and the extract of tuckahoe also has a certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, and has a good curative effect on gouty arthritis. Many TCM practitioners like to use tuckahoe in combination with other herbs to treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, Behcet's disease, pemphigus and eczema with good results. ⤴️

Big Head Carp fish head 1 piece (your own preference on the weight and size)
Pork leg bone 1 piece (about 600 grams), other parts can be used
Water 3L
Spring Onion 2 pcs
Ginger 5 slices
Shaoxing Wine 2 tsp
Salt to taste
