Hey guys - Thanks for tuning into Quid Pro Dough. I recently found Alvin's video where he made the 150-hour chocolate cake, and I have not been able to sleep since. I have thought about it everyday and decided to bake it.

I made a few changes like adding coffee whiskey instead of honey because I prefer the coffee flavor and also played around with the amount and types of chocolate used. I also infused my cream in dark chocolate flavored coffee beans for an additional 12 hours to get the extra coffee kick.
I have to say the cake was delicious, but Alvin is a much more patient man than I. An alternate title to this video is The 150-Hour Stress Ulcer.
