The fasting mimicking diet (FMD) was born out of Valter Longo’s research on longevity and is an “out of the box” ready-to-go fasting product called Prolon. It’s 5 days of eating less calories, less than half of what you normally eat. The research shows that your body still gets the benefits of fasting without the stress and without starving!

This video documents my first time trying the fasting mimicking diet (FMD) for 5 days, a DIY whole foods version I designed myself instead of the generic Prolon version. You’ll get an insider look at my experience!
