SETUP: This Awareness Through Movement lesson is done lying on the side. You will likely need head support to be comfortable, however make sure not to use too much. Ideally your neck is positioned in continuity with the rest of your spine and your head is free to roll forward and back. Place most of the head support behind your head so you can turn towards the floor without smushing your nose! Take the head support out when resting on your back.
