零失敗醃脆梅方法- Homemade pickled crispy plums
四月是青梅盛產季節,搵到靚啲青梅立即動手醃制脆梅;雖然是第一次做,但是出嚟效果十分好。好好味。

材料:
1. 青梅 - 6磅(大約2730g)
2. 鹽 - 1 磅 (225g+225g)
3. 啡庶糖 + 啡冰糖 - 比例0.6 - 大約1640g (分4次用:300g + 400g + 440g +500g)
April & May are the season for green plums. Found great green plums in the market, no doubt to buy for pickling crispy plums. It takes 8 days to finish l, but the result is good. The Crispy plums are so tasty!
Ingredients:
1. Green Plums - 6 pounds (around 2730g)
2. Table salt - 1 pound (454g)
3. Crystal sugar & brown cane sugar- 0.6 ratio to green plums - 1640g ( 4 packs - 300g + 400g + 440g + 500g)
