Unroll your mat, and join me for this 45 minute slow and stead restorative practice I call Support Yourself.
In this class you will work to stretch and open the muscles that support your hips and lower back to help you be better able to hold yourself up and free yourself from pain in your lower back.
You'll want two props for class today:
