This class is a 40 minute all level Hatha practice. We're getting into our hamstrings this class to help you find more control in your life. I get a bit nerdy with the anatomy talk as we focus on antagonists/agonists and how each muscle has a companion muscle that kind of annoys it. A bit like that friend who antagonises you.
The antagonists in your life will always be there. Your yoga practice can help you learn how to work with your antagonists so that you are in control of your life and your adventures.
It would be great if you could bring a couple of props to class today — a strap or belt or towel, and a cushion or blanket or something to sit on.
