F3 Q1: Why do maintenance fees increase? If you are opposed, how would you pay for the necessary repairs?

F3 Q2: Riverbay Board Directors are asked to take part in a three-day annual training. Do you agree with this request? Whether you agree or don’t agree, please state why you agree or don’t agree. If you are an incumbent do you participate in any training for the Board?

F3 Q3: If you as a shareholder had to prioritize and identify just one issue that impacts negatively on the quality of life here in Co-op City, what would that issue be? How would you, if elected, try to address this issue?

F3 Q4: Are you a member of your Building or Townhouse association? If not, why not? If you do not have a Building Association, would you be willing to start one?

F3 Q5: Co-op City is a self-sustaining community with its own power plant that produces revenue. New and progressive initiatives are being implemented such as electric charging stations and solar energy panels. Do you support these new initiatives? If not, why not? What is one new initiative you would like to bring to our community that would benefit the shareholders?
