This one step soybean milk with sesame seeds is great for nourishing the body in the winter. According to Chinese Medicine, it can nourish the kidney yang qi, warm the body, and increase the flow of blood and qi.

INGREDIENTS:
Black bean: 4 oz/bag previously cooked and frozen
Black sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons roasted
1. Soak black bean overnight with water, cook in the high pressure cooker for 5 minutes, let them cool and put 4 oz of the bean into each bag and freeze.
2. Roast black sesame seeds in an oven set at 300F/150C for 20 minutes, let them cool down and store in a tightly sealed container until use.
3. Take one bag of frozen beans, add 1 cup of hot water, set blender at high speed and blend for 4 min, add 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds and blend for another 1 min.
