Some people fear that if we find intelligent life in the universe, it could come to conquer the Earth like creatures from a movie. Jason Wright, professor of astronomy and astrophysics and director of the Penn State Extraterrestrial Intelligence Center, says scientists like him are constantly searching the skies for signs of life on another planet. But he says even if we find something, and he hopes we do, it will likely be too far away for us to ever meet them in person.
