This is a 23 Min pilates x strength lower body workout. This routine can be done with weights or no equipment. This workout is part of my 3-2-1 Method Workout Challenge for September (see below for free calendar). If having "toned" or rounded glutes is a goal for you, aim to train glutes 2-3x per week, through workouts like this, and with free weights like my other Pilates x Strength workouts. It is important to continually challenge yourself and increase in weight as you get stronger.
