Hay-scented ferns (now Sitobolium punctilobulum, was Dennstaedtia punctilobula) at the Apalachin Marsh (Apalachin, NY) and Woodbourne Preserve (Dimock, PA). Pretty smelling, but aggressive, they can be invasive and hinder forest regeneration. (-jcs, 01/22/25, all images are our own)
