It's not always the way that a VIP (very important Pikelet) gets to leave the "party" on his own terms, on his own time and saying goodbye to all his loves.
On the last day of Pikelet Butterwiggle's life, he got to do just that.
Of course there were many humans and animals in Pikelet's life that he loved so deeply and didn't get to say goodbye to. But for his immediate forever family of rescue siblings, he did.
Animals who are bonded, well, they understand. Pikelet's siblings were all so gentle with him during his last days. They knew that he was leaving them, it was his time.
