Spent the morning at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg (PA) to get the Army Switcher in action. After completing their work, they moved the FRA DOTX 221 car that came in the night before back to the Ensco Maintenance shop. The swithcher is now part of the Pennsylvania & Southern Railroad: http://www.raritancentralrr.com/penn....
