✅Ingredients for the cream filling:
-450 g cream cheese (Philadelphia )
-300 g mascarpone
-200 g Greek yoghurt
-40 g sugar (2 Tbs)
-8 small Macarons shells
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-3 Tbsp rose jelly
-10 big strawberries , chopped
✅Ingredients for the frosting
-250 ml plant based heavy cream
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-2 pinches of pink food color
You will also need:
-200 g white chocolate (for frosting, for the rose petals and for the macarons filling)
-1-2 Tbsp of rose water
-20-30 ml heavy cream
-20 raspberries
-a few Macarons to decorate the cake with
-edible gold (optional)
-strawberry powder (optional)

-3 EL Rosengelee
-10 große Erdbeeren, gehackt
✅Zutaten für das Frosting
-250 ml pflanzliche Sahne
-1 TL Vanilleextrakt
-2 Prisen rosa Lebensmittelfarbe
Sie benötigen außerdem:
-200 g weiße Schokolade (für das Frosting, für die Rosenblätter und für die Macarons-Füllung)
-1-2 EL Rosenwasser
-20-30 ml Sahne
-20 Himbeeren
ein paar Macarons zum Dekorieren der Torte
-Essbares Gold (optional)
-Erdbeerpulver (optional)

✅Ingrediente pentru umplutura cu crema:
-450 g crema de branza (Philadelphia)
-300 g mascarpone
-200 g iaurt grecesc
-40 g zahar (2 linguri)
-8 jumatati mici de Macarons
-1 lingurita extract de vanilie
-3 linguri jeleu de trandafiri
-10 capsuni mari, tocate
✅Ingrediente pentru glazura
-250 ml frișcă lichida vegetală
-1 lingurita extract de vanilie
-2 vârfuri de lingurița de colorant alimentar roz
Veți avea nevoie și de:
-200 g ciocolata alba (pentru glazura, pentru petale de trandafiri si pentru umplutura de macarons)
-1-2 linguri de apa de trandafiri
-20-30 ml smantana lichida
-20 bucăți de zmeura
-câteva Macarons pt. decor
-foita de aur comestibila (optional)
-praf de căpșuni uscate (optional)
