🌱 This is a real look at what I eat in a day as a busy vegan while also prepping for a long shift at work. Full, simple, filling meals that keep me energized, satisfied, and moving toward my goals.
I focus on high-volume, low calorie dense plant-based foods that make me feel good and fuel me through even the longest days — all without tracking calories or cutting out carbs. Eating this way has helped me lose 72lbs while keeping food enjoyable and sustainable, and it’s become second nature in my daily routine.
