Aline Santos is one of the world's leading voices on diversity and inclusion and has been making a difference by smashing stereotypes in advertising. She is Chief Brand Officer and Chief Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Unilever, one of the world's largest consumer goods companies. She is also member of the Supervisory Board at the Inter Ikea Group and member of the Corporate Advisory Board of the prestigious Victoria & Albert Museum in London.

Aline has been the architect of many iconic global advertising campaigns, including Dove's . She also helped launch the Unstereotype Alliance with UN Women, an industry-wide collaboration to eradicate stereotypes from advertising.
