Exercise #1: Smith Machine Bench Press
Exercise #2: Decline Smith Machine Bench Press
Exercise #3: HQ Machine Incline Bench Press
Exercise #4: Machine Pec Deck
Total: 3-4 Warm-up Sets, 12-16 Working Sets
Sets: 3-4 Sets per Exercise
Reps: 8-12 Reps per Set
*Aim for 12 reps as heavy as you can go for each set. If you can get all 12 reps you are going to light. If you can’t get all 8 reps you are going to heavy.
