Join Natalie for the quick and simple flow to help reduce hip and hamstring stiffness.
You'll need a yoga mat, small blanket or towel and 2 blocks.
Classes are designed to restore and improve the function of the body using various yoga techniques and mobility exercises. Natalie guides her students with a focus on breathing, alignment and moving in their pain-free range of motion.
