TANGY and CRUNCHY Delight - Homemade PICKLED CAULIFLOWER

Let me show you how to make a delightful tangy and crunchy pickled cauliflower. You can increase the heat by adding more red pepper flakes. The cauliflower can also be substituted with brussel sprouts!

Here is the recipe
12 cups cauliflower
1 cup diced sweet red peppers
2 cups thinly sliced onions
1 tsp Tumeric
1 Tbsp Celery seeds
2 Tbsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp hot Red pepper flakes
4 cups white vinegar (5%)
2 cups sugar
