• Try level 1 first if you haven't!
• Team members are each demonstrating a different Mod level of difficulty, from 1 to 3 - adjust up or down as necessary!

EVOLVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: At-home, bodyweight workouts, no equipment required.
Come back Mondays to Saturdays for 3 workouts focusing on a specific area:
• Mondays: STRENGTH
• Tuesdays: AGILITY
• Wednesdays: CORE
• Thursdays: TOTAL SPORTS
• Fridays: TENNIS
• Saturdays: GOLF
WORKOUT PREMIERE SCHEDULE (all times EST):
• 11AM: Express Workout (25 Minutes)
• 1PM: Standard Workout (45 Minutes)
• 3PM: Extended Workout (65 Minutes)
