PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BROWNIES - CRUMBS

These brownies are baked with peanut butter and drizzled with chocolate - probably the best combination of salty and sweet since the chocolate hobnob (see here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HobNob). Let us know if you make them, especially if you get them a bit more fudgy than we managed.
175g crunchy or smooth peanut butter
150g milk chocolate, broken into pieces plus 50g extra
280g demerera sugar
3 eggs
100g self-raising flour
Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line a 25 x 15 cm brownie tin (or baking tin) with greaseproof paper. Gently melt the peanut butter, chocolate and sugar in a pan, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has just about melted. Turn off heat and use a wooden spoon to beat in the eggs one by one. Do this quickly, otherwise the eggs will scramble. Stir in the flour and scrape into the tin. Bake for 25-30 mins until it has a crust, but the middle is slightly uncooked. Melt the remaining 50g of chocolate, drizzle over the brownie, then cool in the tin before cutting into squares.
