This video was filmed on 15th May 2020, in the second stage of the UK Government's restrictions for Coronavirus.
Before swimming please seek out the latest guidelines from Public Health England and governing bodies such as Swim England, BTF, RLSS, RNLI.
At this point Open Water Swimming in the UK is allowed and venues are opening with strict social distancing in place. You will need to be SELF SUFFICIENT, this includes putting on and doing up your wetsuit.
This video will give you the South West Swim method of putting on a wetsuit with no outside assistance, including doing up the zip.
If you do decide to swim in any location, please be safe. If in a managed location please follow the rules and guidance from the operator. Many operators will have Zero Tolerance policies in place for your safety, the safety of others and their own safety.
