Italian Strawberry Tiramisu is a fruity twist on the classic Italian dessert — no coffee, no alcohol, and no oven required! It's made with fresh strawberries, a creamy mascarpone-egg mixture, whipped cream, and soft ladyfingers. Perfect for summer parties or a sweet treat at home! 🌞
✅ Strawberry Sauce
Fresh strawberries – 150g
→ Wash thoroughly, soak for 5–10 mins, then pat dry
→ Remove stems and chop into small pieces
Sugar – 30g
Salt – A pinch
Water – 60 ml
Combine chopped strawberries, sugar, salt, and water in a pan.
Boil on medium heat until soft and slightly thickened.
Let it cool slightly, then grind into a smooth sauce.
Set aside to cool completely.
✅ Tiramisu Cream
Eggs – 2 large
→ Separate whites and yolks
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks by hand
→ Place the bowl over hot water
→ Continue beating until light and pale in color
Mascarpone cheese – 250g
→ Beat until smooth and creamy
Whipping cream – 200g
→ Whip until soft peaks form
→ Gently fold whipped cream into the egg yolk mixture
→ Then fold in the mascarpone until fully combined and smooth
✅ Assembly
Use a transparent loaf pan for a nice layered look
Add a thin layer of the cream mixture at the base
Ladyfingers – Dip quickly (one at a time) in cooled strawberry sauce
Layer dipped ladyfingers over the cream
Repeat layering: cream → soaked ladyfingers → cream
Pipe some of the remaining cream on top for decoration
Garnish with fresh strawberries
→ Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for best
