An apartment with a Nordic character, in which concrete is the conceptual basis of the project and the context that has been emphasized to create the atmosphere.
The color scheme of concrete set the gray monochrome palette of the interior.
All pieces of furniture, textiles, wall colors were selected taking into account the monochrome range, with the addition of slight contrast and natural wood.Despite the outward simplicity and minimalistic approach to decoration and filling, the project was complex in terms of engineering solutions. In order not to violate the integrity and "cleanliness" of the concrete ceiling, all utilities were integrated into the floor and walls, such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and a centralized vacuum cleaner. Lighting in almost the entire space of the apartment was solved locally - with the help of sconces, floor lamps and backlights. The apartment is south-facing. Internal shutters were used to avoid overheating of the premises.
The shutters on the windows dim the sunlight and soften the shadows, changing the light atmosphere of the space during the day.
The planning structure of the apartment has been completely changed for the rational use of space. Thus, having received a large living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a master bedroom with its own wardrobe and bathroom, as well as a children's room and a guest bathroom and auxiliary rooms.

Цветовая гамма бетона задала серую монохромную палитру интерьера.
Все предметы мебели, текстиль, цвета стен подобраны с учетом монохромной гаммы, с добавлением легкого контраста и натурального дерева. Освещение практически во всем пространстве квартиры было решено локально – с помощью бра, торшеров и подсветки. Квартира выходит на южную сторону. Внутренние жалюзи использовались во избежание перегрева помещений.
Ставни на окнах приглушают солнечный свет и смягчают тени, меняя световую атмосферу пространства в течение дня.
Планировочная структура квартиры полностью изменена для рационального использования пространства. Таким образом, получив большую гостиную, кухню со столовой, хозяйскую спальню со своим гардеробом и санузлом, а также детскую и гостевой санузел и подсобные помещения.
