Week 6 of my Coast Guard Marathon training did NOT go as planned.
I got one 10-mile run in… and then I got super sick.
The rest of the week was full rest, sleep, and one short walk.
This video is about listening to your body, honoring recovery, and remembering that progress doesn’t disappear just because you pause.
