The Final Show Day | UKDFBA INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS | Figure | Natural Female Bodybuilding

To wrap up the 2024 season, I am so grateful to have this show day to share with you all. This truly could not have been a better end, to what has been an incredible season making my debut as a figure athlete. This show really meant a lot to me, in terms of what It really symbolised within my bodybuilding journey up until this point. I will save diving into too much detail in the description, but you will hear me talk about this completely transparently in this video. I don’t have to words to express my gratitude to everyone who has followed along this process and journey throughout. I promise, there is only more to come from here.

I really hope that sharing this process has given something that you can positively take on board into your own experience & I will continue to keep aiming to have that impact as I transition into my off-season from here.
