20 Min Dumbbell Upper Body Workout at Home

Today we’re doing an amazing upper body workout that will target all of your arm muscles, your back, chest, and shoulders! All you need are 20 minutes and a pair of dumbbells to have your arms shaking. This quick workout includes a warm up and cool down so it’s all you need to have a killer workout, and if you get to the end and you want to do more, you can always repeat the circuits or do another one of my videos. Can’t wait for lots more outdoor workouts to come this summer, so let’s show that we can stay in shape at home while living our best lives!
Warmup- 40 sec each (3 min)
Inchworms
Spine Rotation
Downward Dog Reaches
Superwoman w/ Pulldown
Plank Shoulder Taps
Superset (4 min)
3x30 sec DB Row
3x30 sec Bicep Curls
Superset (4 min)
3x30 sec Chest Flys
3x30 sec Overhead Tricep Extension
Triset (4 min)
3x20 sec Shoulder Press
3x20 sec Lateral Raises
3x20 sec Front Raises
Cool Down- 30 sec each

Thread the Needle
Tricep Stretch
