Installation for vertical hardening and tempering processes by induction heating.
The equipment, built for agriculture, aerospace and automotive applications, can automatically perform hardening and tempering treatments of shafts, gears, camshafts, axle-bars and screws with max length of 1200mm. OD 350mm.
Loading/unloading operations made by ABB Robot and camera system.
All the panels, pipes and the quench tanks are made by stainless steel.
SIEMENS brand Electrical CNC components and operator panel.
IGBT Generator - Frequency: 6-20 kHz– Power: 300 kW
Axis: 2 vertical Z, 2 horizontal Y, 2 horizontal X, 1 rotating A
Additional features: Control parameters system, recipes with parameterized programming, vertical scanning, horizontal scanning, single shot, frequency and heating station switching system, workpiece position control with laser, teleservice.
