◆ Market Values: Home values have dropped by an average of 8% from their peak in Summer 2024, returning to levels seen in December 2023—primarily driven by rising inventory & interest rates.

◆ Buyer Demand: Despite higher interest rates, it has remained consistent over the past two years.

◆ Luxury: December saw more home sales compared to the same month in the past two years.

◆ Inventory: 4.3 months – With increased competition, sellers days on market ranged between 81 and 91 days.

◆ Spring/Summer: Home values are expected to increase by 4%, following the typical year-over-year trend.
