In Day 11 of our 30-day Qi Gong series, we explore a grounding and playful Rainbow Dance practice designed to connect you deeply with earth energy while bringing balance and harmony through the whole body.
This flowing practice supports:
Strengthening the legs and sense of stability
Releasing tension from the lower back
Gently stretching the inner thighs
Softening the arms, shoulders, and upper body
Balancing the meridians and energetic centres of the body
As we move through the Rainbow Dance, we invite a sense of playfulness and embodiment, embracing the full spectrum of our humanness. The imagery of rainbow light supports both energetic balance and emotional integration, helping us feel more present, whole, and grounded.
This practice can be done standing or seated, and is suitable for all levels. Move gently, with curiosity, and allow the practice to meet you exactly where you are today.
