This TD5 Defender 90 has made the journey from France to the UK so we can carry out a full chassis swap and repaint — and in this video we begin the process.
The owner drove the vehicle over specifically for the work, trusting us to strip it down, replace the original chassis, and rebuild it properly. Like many TD5 Defenders of this age, corrosion had taken its toll, making a chassis replacement the only correct long-term solution.
