11개월 만에 외출다운 외출을 하는 이 날이 감정적으로 상당히 의미있는 경험이었어요. 이 조차도 판단없이 경청하고 격려하는 남편 덕분입니다. 사람이 없던 시간과 장소도 물론 한 몫 했지만요.
나오니까 너무 좋지만 한편으로는 이런 자유로부터 멀어져 고립을 하게 된 저의 상황을 생각하니 또한번 말로는 다 표현할 수 없는 분노가 솟구쳤습니다.

저는 언제쯤 괜찮아질까요? 그런데 괜찮아지는 것을 기대하고 바랄 수 있게 된 것도 남편의 회복력 구축 영향이 상당합니다. 혹시 주변에 저같이 감정적으로 고립되어 어려운 분들이 있다면 외출 한번의 의미가 크다는 것을 염두해두시면 좋을 것 같아요.

단순한 외출이 아니라 어쩌면 세상과의 재연결을 향한 여정에서 굉장한 의미를 지닐 수 있거든요.

늘 남편에게 미안하지만, 저와 같은 분들이 계시다면 미안함 접어두고 얼른 세상밖으로 나올 수 있도록 노력하는 것이 옆에 있는 나의 사람에게 선물일 거예요. 함께 나아가요 세상으로 :)


Going out for the first time in 11 months was a very meaningful experience and emotionally. Even this is thanks to my husband who listens and encourages me without judgment. Of course, the time and place where there were no people also played a role.
It was great to be out, but on the other hand, when I thought about my situation of being isolated and separated from freedom, I felt a surge of anger that I couldn't express in words.

When will I be okay? However, the fact that I am now able to expect and hope for things to get better is largely due to the influence of my husband in building resilience. If there are people around you who are emotionally isolated and having a difficult time like me, it would be good to keep in mind that going out just once means a lot.

It's not just a simple outing, but it can have great meaning in your journey to reconnect with the world.

I always feel sorry for my husband, but if there are people like me, it would be a gift to the person next to me to put aside my feelings and try to get out into the world as soon as possible. Let’s move forward into the world together :)
